Qualification
- Dy General Manager: MBA with specialization in personnel management and industrial relations or post-graduate degree/ diploma in PIR/ HRD/ Labor & social welfare with minimum 16 years post professional qualification experience in personnel & administration Department of a PSU? Large Private sector organization out of senior managerial positions. degree in law is desirable. The incumbent should have though knowledge of labor laws, Administration & estate functioning, training policies and with the last policies and with latest HR practices for formulating personal management policies including succession planning manpower /career planning recording and selection, etc. of the candidate should have good exposure in the field of education relation including wage negotiations and hading on legal matters disciplinary conciliation adjudication proceedings before the statutory authorities.
- Deputy General Manager: Graduation C.A. or I.C.W.A minimum of 16 years post professional qualification executive experience in-line in a PUS large private sector organization out of 5 years should be in a senior managerial position.
- Company Secretary: Graduate with a membership of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) with minimum 05 years post professional qualification Executive experience as Company Secretary in a PUS/ large private sector organization with proven in-line Knowledge of the latest Company Law and corporate governance compliances including Secretarial standards” a good grasp of applicable laws to a company so as to report to BoD periodically.
- Accounts Officer Gr- I: Graduate with C.A. or l.C.W.A. with minimum 05 years post professional qualification Execute experience in-line in a PSU/ large private sector organization with proven knowledge and of SAP is desirable.
- Accounts Officer Gr-II: Graduate with C.A. or l.C.W.A. with minimum 05 years post professional qualification Execute experience in-line in a PSU/ large private sector organization with proven knowledge and of SAP is desirable.
Salary Details
- Dy General Manager: Rs. 43200 – 136000/- Per month
- Deputy General Manager: Rs. 43200 – 136000/- Per month
- Company Secretary: Rs. 20600 – 65000/- Per month
- Accounts Officer Gr- I, Accounts Officer Gr-II: Rs. 16400 – 51000/- Per month
