- B.Sc, MLT DMLT (In the Kerala Paramedical Council and must be registered)
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience or training in the post of Lab Technician.
- KHRWS. A.C.R. Preference will be given to those who have work experience or training in labs.

- VHSE, MLT. (Qualified from Government of Kerala recognized institutes).
