• Specialist:
  • MBBS with MD in General Medicine
  • Medical Officer:
  • MBBS with MD in Radio Diagnosis
• Manager:
  • Degree in Engineering with MBA/PGDM (Specialization in Marketing) or equivalent (2 years course) with minimum 65% marks (or)
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or M.E./M. Tech in Geo-technical Engineering/Soil and Foundation Engineering
• AGM:
  • Degree in Mining Engineering from recognized university or equivalent
  • Assistant Manager:
  • Degree in Engineering with MBA/ PGDM (Specialization in Finance) or equivalent (two years course) with minimum 65% marks
• Deputy Manager:
  • M. Sc. Tech/M. Tech in Geology or Degree in Mining Engineering/Mineral Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
• DGM:
  • Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university (or)
  • Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Medical Officer (Radiology)
  • MBBS with MD in Radio Diagnosis with one year of experience

Salary

Grade-wise pay scale is as follows:

• E1- Rs.20,600-46,500/- PM
• E2- Rs.24,900-50,500/- PM
• E3- Rs.32,900-58,000/- PM
