High Court of Madhya Pradesh has Recently Announced and Invited the Online Applications from the Eligible Candidates for the Posts of  Junior Judicial Assistant, Horticulturist and Stenographer (High Court)-2021. The total number of Vacancies for these Posts were 61 Posts. Many Interested and Eligible Candidates applied for these Posts online. High Court of Madhya Pradesh will soon conduct the Online Written Examination for the Posts of  Junior Judicial Assistant, Horticulturist and Stenographer. Candidates who applied for these posts are now waiting for the Exam Dates, so that they can prepare for their exam accordingly. Exam Pattern :

Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows:-

Exam Syllabus :

Exam Syllabus for Examination is given below :-

Horticulturist :

  • Exam Will be Objective Type.
  • Questions will be in the form of MCQs.
  • Maximum Marks for this exam will be 100 marks.
  • Total Number of Questions will be 100 questions.
  • Every question will be of 1 mark.
  • Time allocated for this exam will be 120 minutes.

Jr. Judicial Assistant :

  • जूनियर जूडिशियल असिस्टेंट की ऑनलाईन टाईपिंग परीक्षा में अर्हताधारी अभ्यर्थियों को 10 मिनिट में लगभग 300 शब्दों का ऑनलाईन हिन्दी टाईपिंग मैटर एवं 10 मिनिट में लगभग 350 शब्दों का ऑनलाईन अंग्रेजी टाईपिंग मैटर टाईप करना होगा, जिसके लिए 40-40 अंक निर्धारित हैं। इसके पश्चात् सामान्य अंग्रेजी व कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान का ऑनलाईन प्रश्नपत्र जो कि 20 अंकों का होगा, हल करना होगा। संपूर्ण परीक्षण 40 मिनिट का होगा। हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी टाईपिंग का मूल्यांकन सी.पी.सी.टी. के मापदंडों के अनुसार किया जावेगा तथा सामान्य अंग्रेजी व कम्प्यूटर के प्रश्न पत्र का मूल्याँकन भी ऑनलाईन ही किया जावेगा।
  • जूनियर जूडिशियल असिस्टेंट की परीक्षा में आयोजित ऑनलाईन हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी टाईपिंग का मूल्यांकन सी0पी0सी0टी0 द्वारा निर्धारित मापदण्डों के अनुसार किया जावेगा एवं टाईपिंग की गति (NWPM) एवं शुद्धता (Accuracy) के आधार पर अंकों की गणना करते हुए उसमें से प्रत्येक छूटे शब्दों एवं प्रत्येक त्रुटियों पर 0.50 अंक काटे जावेंगे साथ ही प्रत्येक बैक-स्पेस पर 0.10 अंक भी काटे जावेंगे, तत्पश्चात् सामान्य अंग्रेजी एवं कम्प्यूटर टेस्ट के अंकों को जोड़कर मेरिट तैयार की जावेगी। टाईपिंग का मूल्यांकन सी०पी०सी०टी० के निर्धारित मापदण्डों के अनुसार सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा किया जावेगा, अतः उक्त संबंध उच्च न्यायालय में किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार/ई०मेल/अभ्यावेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।

Stenographer :

  • स्टेनोग्राफर पद प्रवर्ग की ऑनलाईन परीक्षा में इस पद हेतु अर्हताधारी अभ्यर्थियों को 5 ‘ मिनिट में लगभग 400 शब्दों का अंग्रेजी डिक्टेशन दिया जायेगा, जिसके अनुलेखन (Transcription) हेतु 25 मिनिट का समय दिया जायेगा। डिक्टेशन के पूरे भाग को कम्प्यूटर पर टाईप कराया जावेगा, जिसका प्रिंट-आऊट अभ्यर्थी को नहीं निकालना है। इसके साथ ही General English, Sentence Formation etc. & Computer Application की परीक्षा भी ऑनलाईन आयोजित की जावेगी जो कि वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न (MCQ) के रूप में होगी, संपूर्ण ऑनलाईन परीक्षा एक साथ ही आयोजित की जावेगी।
  • स्टेनोग्राफर पद प्रवर्ग की ऑनलाईन परीक्षा में डिक्टेशन नोट करने हेतु नोट-बुक पृथक से प्रदान की जावेगी। उपरोक्त नोट-बुक में डिक्टेशन Long Hand में लिखे होने पर संपूर्ण अंक काटे जावेंगे।
  • स्टेनोग्राफर पद की उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं के मूल्याँकन में प्रत्येक त्रुटि (गलत शब्द, स्पैलिंग त्रुटि, शब्द छूट जाने एवं विराम चिन्हों की त्रुटि) पर 1/2 (0.5) अंक काटा जावेगा। अभ्यर्थी इस तथ्य का विशेष ध्यान दें कि उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन के समय यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी की 50 से अधिक त्रुटियाँ पाई जाती है, तो उसे शून्य (00) अंक प्रदान किये जावेंगे।
