About Exam:-
All those Candidates Who Filled their Application Form and were Found Eligible Will gave the Written Exam on the Date 15/11/2021 to 20/11/2021. The Written Test will be conducted in the mode of Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE). In CBRE mode the Test will be conducted on a computer. Candidates must have proper knowledge of the selection process that they get an idea of “What type of tests/exam will they face for this recruitment?” Here we are providing a detailed process of selection, so aspirants can prepare for their best performance in each stage of the selection process.
Selection Process:-
- Written Examination (CBRE)
- Measurement of Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test (Qualifying)
- weightage marks in NCC certificate
Written Examination (CBRE)
Exam Pattern:-
- The Exam will be of Objective Type.
- There Will be Two Papers in one sitting.
- Part A: Comprising of questions in Odia Language, English Language, Arithmetic, Aptitude Test and Logical Reasoning, etc. (25 Marks)
- Part B: Comprising of questions to test the knowledge in Physics and Computer Science of +2 standard. (75 Marks)
- Objective type with MCQ. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark.
- There will be a negative marking at 0.25 marks for each wrong/incorrect answer.

Exam Syllabus:-
English Language:
It will be the test of English comprehension. Questions will be asked from antonyms, synonyms, grammar, one-word substitution, idioms & phrases, Passage, Cloze Test, Jumble Sentences, etc.
General Knowledge :
Culture and Religion, Soil, Rivers, Mountains, Ports, Inland Harbours, Freedom Movement, Sports: championships/ Winners/ Terms/ No. of Players, Defence, Wars and Neighbours, Current Affairs, Important National Facts about India, Heritage and Arts, Dance, History, Languages, Capitals and Currencies, National: Bird/ Animal/ Sport/ Flower/ Anthem/ Song/ Flag/ Monuments, Eminent Personalities, Common Names, Full forms and Abbreviations, Discoveries, Diseases and Nutrition, Award and Authors.
Quantitative Aptitude:
Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Candidates need to be focused on the Basics of Mathematics & Simplification.
Logical Reasoning:
The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the candidate’s ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments. It will include a wide variety of logical reasoning questions such as syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, etc. However, visual reasoning will not be tested.
Arithmetics :
Number system, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work; Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern, etc.

Marks for NCC Certificate:
These marks shall be awarded after due verification of original certificates as below:
- NCC ‘A’ Certificate: 01 Mark
- NCC ‘B’ Certificate: 02 Marks
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate: 03 Marks
Final Selection:
Following the Physical Efficiency Test, a common Merit List shall be prepared based on the total of marks secured by the candidate in the Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) and weightage marks in the NCC certificate
