Qualification
- Chief Manager: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). LL.B, C.A, I.C.W.A, F.R.M.
- Manager: Full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent Post Graduate Management degree and full-time B.E/B. Tech. The Institutes should be recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC.
- Deputy Manager: Chartered Accountant (preferably passed in one attempt).

- Chief Manager: Rs. 76010 – 89890/- per month
- Manager: Rs. 63840 – 78230/- per month
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 48170 – 69810/- per month
