Tamil Nadu Government Conducts the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission Test (TNEA) for Admission in First Year B.E./ B.Tech. Degree Courses. The Process of Application Submission is Commenced from the Date 26.07.2021 to 24.08.2021. Candidates Can Check More Details from Below Link……
Counseling Procedure:
- Filling of application (Registration) and uploading of certificates by the candidate.
- Random Number Generation (by TNEA Authority)
- Certificates Verification at Designated TNEA Facilitation Centre through online
- Rank Publication (by TNEA Authority)
- Counseling for Special Reservation and Vocational categories(online)
- Commencement of General Counseling
- Payment of Initial Deposit
- Exercising the choices of institutions and Branches
- Publication of Tentative Allotment on a notified date
- Confirmation of allotment option (by Candidate)
- Final allotment of institution and branch (TNEA Authority)
- Finally reporting to the allotted Institutions at specified date.
Choice filling is opened for all special reservation candidates who made the initial deposit payment, you may follow the respective special category choice filling link to participate in the choice filling. Use the same username/password that you had used earlier for payment and registration for login and complete the choice filling. Please read instructions carefully and watch the demo video before starting the choice filling, choice filling for special category will be closed by 21.09.2021 5PM. Request you to lock your choices after you complete the selection.

If you have any grievance regarding Govt school studied students ranking please appeal the same to near by TFC on or before 18.09.2021 5PM, any other grievance reach out to TFC by 24.09.2021 5PM.
Note: As per the Honourable CM’s announcement government school students availing 7.5 percentage seats on preferential basis need not pay initial deposit. Initial deposit already paid will be refunded.

- Certificate Verification – Uploaded certificates are verified at TFC
- Publication of Rank list – Ranks are assigned to all applicable applicants
- Counselling for Special Reservation – Online counselling for all special categories
- General Counselling – Online counselling for Academic & Vocational courses, consists of Initial Deposit, Choice Filling, Tentative allotment, Confirm Tentative allotment & Provisional Allotment.
