WB Police Excise Constable PMT / PET Exam Date – 21.12.2020 – 19.01.2021 & 25.11.2021 – 03.12.2021

WB Police Excise Constable Final Written Exam Date – 02 January 2022

SELECTION PROCESS:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
  3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  4. Final Written Test
  5. Interview
  6. Verification of Character Antecedents
  7. Medical Examination

Admit Card :

All the Candidates should download their admit card because if any candidate did not have the admit card then that Candidate can not give the exam. So we request all the Candidate to download their respective admit card from the official website. Preliminary Exam Pattern:

Exam Pattern Will be as Follows :

  1. Applicants provisionally considered eligible will have to appear in an MCQ based
  2. preliminary written test which is qualifying in nature.
  3. There would be 100 objective type questions having multiple choice (four choices) of answers carrying equal marks each.
  4. The duration of this test will be 1(one) hour.
  5. The competence of a candidate in Bengali/ Nepali will also be tested at this test.
  6. Questions for Preliminary Written Test except those meant for Bengali/Nepali language will be set in three languages (Bengali, Nepali & English).
  7. Questions of the Preliminary Written Test shall be from the following subjects :-
    1. Test of language (Bengali/ Nepali): 50 Marks
    2. General Awareness & Reasoning: 50 Marks
  8. There will be NEGATIVE marking of ¼th of the allotted marks for a particular for each wrong answer.
